Mailtrail, Inc. is a software development startup headquartered in San Antonio, TX. It was founded in 2021 by US Air Force Veterans, Vance Hanson & Robert Lonack. At Mailtrail, we believe in a future of passwordless applications that integrate with email, letting companies do more with fewer apps.

Vance has spent the last decade helping large enterprises, such as the US Air Force and Johns Hopkins University, better leverage communications technology. He founded Mailtrail to help companies make learning content more accessible for every type of learner.

Robert was born and raised in Italy but found his calling in the United States, developing and managing information systems for the US Air Force and US State Department. Rob’s security-focused ingenuity helps Mailtrail serve companies reliably.
